Important Volunteer Information Volunteer Information<div> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>As of January 1, 2019,  schools may only have volunteers who are registered on the portal and have completed all the requirements for approval.</strong></p><ul><li>New volunteers and volunteers whose CBC/VSS has expired must register on the portal, complete the registration steps and provide an original, updated CBC/VSS to the school </li></ul></div><ul><li>Volunteers who received a letter with a unique I.D. code must complete their registration, including their annual offence declaration, on the portal by December 31, 2018 at the very latest – the unique I.D. will expire after this date.  If registration is not completed using the unique I.D., these volunteers will be not be permitted to volunteer until they have provided a new CBC/VSS for review and will be required to register on the portal as a new volunteer.</li></ul>
Parents, tell us what you think: survey about climate at school, tell us what you think: survey about climate at school<p>Parents and guardians can provide feedback on the climate at our school through a survey that will be open from January 7 to 25. Parents and guardians with more than one child (in Grades 4 to 8) can complete one survey per child.<br><br>Survey topics include: the overall climate of the school, student well-being, and equity and inclusion.<br><br><strong>Complete the survey now: </strong><a href=""></a> <br><br>A similar survey is being conducted with students and staff. Each school will receive a report of the school results. The Simcoe County District School Board’s (SCDSB) senior administrative team and Board of Trustees also review the board-wide results. <br><br>The data will show our progress over time, and will highlight areas of strength and areas in need of improvement.  <br><br>Student School Climate surveys have been collected since 2007.<br><br>Questions can be sent to <a href=""></a>.</p>

Limited parking access times parking access times <p style="text-align:left;">Our parking lot is closed to personal vehicles from<strong> 9:00 to 9:20 a.m. and 3:40 to 4:00 p.m. daily.<br></strong></p><p style="text-align:left;">Students may walk onto school property using the sidewalks and cross walk. <br></p><p style="text-align:left;">The two accessibility parking spots are open for the public. </p><p style="text-align:left;">The parking lot is open at other times throughout the day. </p><p style="text-align:left;">Thank you for your assistance in this important safety matter. </p>
Pay for field trips, lunch days, etc. with SchoolCash Online for field trips, lunch days, etc. with SchoolCash Online<p>​</p><p>The SchoolCash Online program is now available at all schools, offering parents the option to pay online for field trips, lunch days and other items. The program is intended to reduce paper, eliminate the need for students to travel with money, and for money to be counted and stored at schools.<strong>  </strong>Payment by credit card has now also been added. </p><p>Parents who sign up will receive a notification when a new item becomes available for purchase. Items are personalized to each student.  Parents will use a secure online account to process payments, and can either make a one-time payment for each item as it occurs, or load money to carry a balance in the online account to make payments in the future. </p><p>To create an online account, go to <a href="" target="_blank"><span lang="EN-CA" style="text-decoration:underline;"></span></a>.
